The Story of FairMedia: How an Agency Built on People and Results Was Born.

What led you to establish FairMedia?

“There were several reasons behind the creation of FairMedia. After 11 years working at Seznam, where I focused on one service, I started to feel a certain burnout. Seznam is a great company, but after so many years, I felt the need to move forward. Then I worked for a large corporation as a marketing director, but even there, I felt that I was only working for one company, and eventually, it led to a natural parting with the management at the time.

I decided that I wanted to help multiple companies and broaden my horizons — not just offer one service, but build a wider portfolio. A big motivation was also to create a company where people feel good, have more freedom than in traditional agencies, and can grow both professionally and personally. I wanted to build something of my own — something meaningful and sustainable. And on a personal level, I wanted to show my three daughters that even after turning thirty, it’s absolutely possible to start a successful company.”

What is your biggest competitive advantage?

“I don’t want to reveal all our know-how, but the key difference lies in the complexity of our services. We don’t just offer the basics like newsletters, social media, or PPC campaigns — our company consists of several divisions that cover a wide range of marketing needs.

I can honestly say that in the Pardubice and Hradec Králové regions, and often even in Prague, you won’t find many agencies offering such a wide variety of services under one roof. On top of that, we give our team members unprecedented freedom, which directly translates into the quality of work we deliver for our clients.

My goal was to create an environment where people enjoy working and are proud to say they’re part of FairMedia. When my team answers the question ‘Which agency do you work for?’ with a smile, I know we’re doing things right.”

How did you come across Tanganica, and how does it help you in your work?

“When we reached out to you two years ago, we already knew that Tanganica had great potential to deliver better results for our clients. Many agencies are afraid to collaborate with external platforms because they fear interference with their campaigns. But we see it differently — by using your campaigns, we’re not taking work away from ourselves, but rather from our clients’ competitors.

The goal is simple — to help our clients grow. If there’s a tool that can help us do that, why wouldn’t we use it? Some agencies refuse new approaches just out of principle, but I consider that shortsighted. We see Tanganica as another effective channel that broadens our clients’ reach.”

How do your clients react to working with Tanganica?

“We have two groups of clients. The first group consists of those who contact us because they want a more comprehensive service and are focused on growth. For them, integrating Tanganica is very smooth — if the campaigns perform well, they’re satisfied.

The second group includes clients who had a negative experience with Tanganica in the past — usually because they tried to manage campaigns on their own and weren’t happy with the results. In these cases, we analyze the situation: we either optimize the campaign and improve the results, or we honestly admit that in this specific case, Tanganica won’t bring the expected benefit. For us, it’s important that the client receives a quality service and isn’t disappointed — because bad reviews spread much faster than positive ones.”

What are your plans for FairMedia, and how does Tanganica fit into them?

“Our plans are ambitious, but I don’t want to reveal too much yet. FairMedia is constantly developing and growing — not only in the number of clients but also in the range of services we provide.

We don’t want to be just a marketing agency — we think more broadly about what companies truly need beyond marketing. We already have several projects planned years ahead, expanding into other areas of business support, and we’re steadily building the infrastructure and team to make them happen.

As for Tanganica, we’d love to strengthen our collaboration even more. If there’s a way for our specialists to directly optimize campaigns for clients and communicate with them more closely, it would be beneficial for all parties involved. Our shared goal is to grow together and achieve the best possible results.”
