How to set the measurement code?

The measurement code is used so that you can monitor the performance of your ads, get detailed statistics and use other features to improve your results. Below you will find a simple guide on how to set up a tracking code on your online store.

1. Installation of the extension for inserting the measurement code

You can easily add the Tanganica Pixel meter code using the custom code extension. An extension that allows you to add scripts to the site header must be installed first

Log in to the OpenCart administration.
In the left menu, click Extensions → Marketplace.
Type "Custom HTML Head/Footer" in the search box.
Select the appropriate extension, click Download and then Install.

2. Activating the extension

In the left menu, go to Extensions → Extensions.
Locate Custom HTML Head/Footer in the list of installed extensions.
Click Edit.
Set the module to Enabled.
Save changes.

3. Inserting the Tanganica Pixel measurement code on the online store

Open the Custom HTML Head/Footer module settings.
Find the "Head" section.
Enter the following measurement code in this field:

Save the changes made.

What to do if the application cannot find the measurement code?

Make sure you put the code correctly in the “Head” section.
Check the code for typos or illegal characters.
Verify that you have saved all changes.
Make sure your online store website is fully functional.
