Bing Performance Max is an automated campaign type within the Microsoft Advertising platform that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize and manage ads across multiple formats and channels. This format helps advertisers achieve their marketing goals more efficiently by automatically combining creative assets with suitable targeting parameters in real time.

How to run Microsoft PMax campaigns in Tanganica

1. Upload your logos

  • Click Select images and upload at least 1 logo (maximum 5).
  • If you don’t have logos ready, click Generate image with AI ✨.
  • We recommend using a 1:1 format logo.

2. Upload your images

  • Click Select images and upload at least 3 images (maximum 15).
  • Supported formats: 1:1, 1.91:1, or 4:5.
  • If you don’t have product images, you can use Generate image with AI ✨.
  • On the right, you’ll see a preview of your ad with uploaded images.
  • Click Continue. ✅

3. Add text headlines

  • In the long headline field, enter your main message (up to 90 characters).
  • In the short headline fields, add at least three variations (up to 30 characters each).
  • For suggestions, you can click Generate with AI ✨.
  • Add additional headlines by clicking + Headline.
  • A preview of your ad appears on the right.
  • Click Continue. ✅

4. Add text descriptions

  • In the short description field, enter a concise message (up to 60 characters).
  • In the long description field, enter a more detailed message (up to 90 characters).
  • Descriptions should be engaging and motivate customers to visit your online store.
  • You can click Generate with AI ✨ for suggestions.
  • Add more descriptions with + Add description.
  • When finished, click Finish. ✅
